Pitlik & Wick also recycles many different forms of concrete including roadways, slabs, bricks and cinder blocks. Concrete with re-bar in it is also recycled. A rock breaker breaks apart the concrete into pieces. The re-bar is then separated and recycled as scrap metal. The pieces of concrete are later crushed and used as a substitute for other materials.
